Works well for me (except for issues that exist in master, like the lack of action bar after map loads). :) Happy to merge after conflicts are fixed. |

Description
Fixes one of the issues from #1329
When user is offline app used to crashed. Currently a Broadcast Receiver listens connectivity, refresh map view when connection established, informs user when user is offline.
Tests performed
Manual tests on real devicce API 19
